S.A.F.S repair bay Vignette esc 1/16

Greetings!
another weekly update of my workbench, yesterday finish this vignette, it took me year and a half to finnish it, it took me so long because the lack of inspiration in some points
almost every thing its from scratch, except the S.A.F.S and the modified figurines that came from the 1/16 Leopard crew from Tamiya, all the tools and accesories were made from scratch, never had used such large amount of different brands of hobby paints, oils and pigments (Vallejo,Life Color, Ronin, Scale75, Mig Pigments and Winsor&Newton Oils)
so here it is the final result, hope you enjoy it!!

now a closer look of the scene...

closeup of the welder, power tool and accessories, also note the tiny vegetation and the wear of the concrete tiles

I have such large amount of in progress that only selected the most representative of the whole progress...

this its how the armored fighting suit looked like before the modifications

the welding machine before painting it and changing the electrodes, also note the box of welding sticks

the concrete tiles before the weathering and also the number 6 that look freshly painted

gogles and dust mask...

angle grinder...

fire extinguisher

this its the part that I had more fun, turning with my dremel the water bottle that it's on the top of the welder

I really hope you enjoyed watching this project as I did it working on it
best wishes
Ivan Loera

Sci Fi Model.... ShotWalker scale 1:20

Greetings!
on this weekly update of my blog I would like to show you this finished vignette of this tiny walker
its the shot walker it comes from Wave zoids, panzer tier series they are kinda cousins of maschinen krieger series.

I must confess when I put my hands on this model was pretty exited to build it right away but the disappointment came fast because the model its nothing but a toy!! had to work hard to get decent look of it...

...always wanted to make a winter vignette, so with this model had the perfect chance to build one, everything on the base its from scratch, the three was made with A+B epoxy putty, and the snow it's microballoons with PVA glue
every thing was painted with tamiya, vallejo and life color acrylics, the weatering was also made with vallejo and oils

....now a closeup of the shotwalker and the pilot

made several corrections on the model to get the right look, changed the seat and also the main gun for a one made from scratch, added pieces of tanks in 1/35 scale and also from 1/72
it was a fun project that I enjoyed very much because it was a challenging one, never give up about that crappy models, you may be get a nice surprise after all...

Super Pershing Weathering phase made with Ronin Acrylics and washes

greetings!
in this new entry on my blog I would like to show you the weatering stage of the tank, mostly made with Ronin acrylics, I must say that this brand its totally new, and proudly made in Mexico by Greif Models, if you give it a try you wont regret it, because it worth every penny!

this is how the ronin acrylics looks like on my shelf

I made a few color variation on the camo and added a little bit of dirt and dust, also painted just a few details, like the tow cable, ammo boxes and periscopes

thats all for now, on the next stage i will add a little bit more of dirt on the tracks and paint all the bags on both sides of the turret, the aerial identification flag, jerry cans and other stuff that lay on the tank, keep tuned... have a nice one!!

*NOTE: the track links are backwards must correct that
